UK Delivery

All deliveries are packaged and sent within two to four weeks of purchasing, sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

Please be aware of the risk of choosing an untracked service.*

Orders placed choosing the 1st Class Tracked and Signed for option are sent via Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm - £7.50. Tracking numbers are provided in the email notifying you that your order has been shipped.

If your order needs to get to you urgently, please email abbyhunningsjewellery@outlook.com and I will respond as quick as possible letting you know when I can get the order posted.

Rest Of The World

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International 1st Class Tracked & Signed for Delivery.

Abby Hunnings Jewellery (AHJ) is not responsible for any customs that may be charged, that responsibility to pay any taxes is yours.

International postage does not provide compensation if the package is intercepted on the way, therefore AHJ cannot refund orders after postage if this is the case.

Returns & Resizing

Unfortunately, as Abby Hunnings Jewellery is a small business, returns are not possible.

However, if you did not get your size right, and would like the ring resized, please email abbyhunningsjewellery@outlook.com notifying me which item(s) you want resized and include a note in the parcel notifying me the new size you would like the piece(s), name and address to send it back to.

Please post the order back to the return address on the order.

*AHJ is not responsible after postage and cannot refund orders if there is trouble with the post.
